The ST1PS02DQTR synchronous buck converter provides up to 400mA of output current with an input voltage range of 1.8V to 5.5V. This femto quiescent current buck converter is specifically designed for applications requiring high efficiency as well as small PCB size and PCB thickness. The output voltage can be set via two digital control inputs, and VOUT can be dynamically selected from 1.8V to 3.3V. With the enhanced PCC (Peak Current Control), very efficient conversion can be achieved with only a 2.2µH inductor and two small capacitors.
