VN7140AS12TR This device is a single-channel high voltage side driver manufactured using ST's proprietary VIPower®M0-7 technology in a SO-8 package. It is designed to drive 12 V automotive grounded loads via 3 V and 5 V CMOS compatible interfaces and provides protection and diagnostic functions. The device incorporates advanced protection features such as load current limiting, active management of overload power limiting and overtemperature shutdown.
