The VN9004AJTR single-channel high-side driver is manufactured using ST's proprietary VIPower M0-9 technology in a PowerSSO-16 package. The device is used to drive 12V automotive grounded loads via 3V and 5V CMOS compatible interfaces to provide protection and diagnostic functions. The device integrates various advanced protection features such as load current limiting, active management of overloads through power limiting, and thermal shutdown with configurable latch-up. the FaultRST pin unlocks the output or disables the latch-up function in the event of a fault.
