The MAX25561ATJ/V is a 6-channel LED backlight driver with an integrated current-mode boost controller. It operates over a switching frequency range of 400kHz to 2.2MHz with integrated spread spectrum. The phase shift of the output channels can be selected to reduce EMI and each channel can deliver up to 220mA. Operates on low battery voltage with unique input voltage. Extensive diagnostic features and I2C interface to help systems comply with ASIL B standards. Available in a compact TQFN package with an operating temperature range of -40°C to -40°C.
