The TPS25850QRPQRQ1 integrated USB charging port solution combines a monolithic, synchronous, rectifier, buck, switch mode converter with an internal power MOSFET. It also includes two USB current limit switches with charging port auto-detection. Provides a compact solution that achieves 6.6A continuous output current with excellent load and line regulation over a wide input supply range. The synchronous buck regulator features peak current mode control with internal compensation to simplify design.
