The STM32H730VBT6 device is based on the high-performance Arm® Cortex®-M7 32-bit RISC core operating at up to 550 MHz. The Cortex®-M7 core has a floating point unit (FPU) and supports Arm® double precision (IEEE 754 compliant) and single precision data processing instructions and data types. The core includes a 32KB instruction cache and a 32KB data cache. STM32H730VBT6 devices support a full set of DSP instructions and a memory protection unit (MPU) for increased application security.
