The STM32F746ZET6 32-bit MCU+FPU device is based on the high-performance single-core ARM® Cortex®-M7 32-bit RISC kernel architecture and is packaged in a 144-pin LQFP package with operating frequencies up to 216MHz. The Cortex®-M7 kernel has single floating-point unit (SFPU) accuracy and supports all ARM® single precision data processing instructions and data types. The full set of DSP instructions and storage protection unit (MPUs) are executed simultaneously to enhance application security. The MCU is suitable for motor drive, medical, industrial, Internet of Things and wearable device applications.
