The R7FA8D1AHECBD MCUs are high-performance graphics MCUs based on the Arm® Cortex®-M85 core for compute-intensive AI/ML tasks. These MCUs feature a 480MHz operating frequency, up to 2MB of code flash, and 1MB of SRAM. in addition, these MCUs feature a 16-bit CEU camera interface peripheral and advanced HMI/graphics support for TFT-LCDs with MIPI-DSI and RGB interfaces, making them ideally suited for HMI applications. Typical applications include industrial HMIs, security access panels, IoT gateways/hubs, home automation products, security cameras, voice AI, vision AI and thermostats.
