The IFX007TAUMA1 is a half-bridge with an integrated driver IC for industrial and general-purpose motor drive applications. The device integrates a P-channel high-side MOSFETs, N-channel low-side MOSFETs, and driver ics in a single package. The device incorporates a P-channel high-side switch that eliminates the need for a charge pump and minimizes EMI.
