The STM32F745VGT6 device is based on a high-performance ARM® Cortex®-M7 32-bit RISC kernel in a 100-pin LQFP package with operating frequencies up to 216MHz. The Cortex®-M7 kernel has single floating-point unit (SFPU) accuracy and supports all ARM® single precision data processing instructions and data types. The full set of DSP instructions and storage protection unit (MPUs) are executed simultaneously to enhance application security.
