The STM32WLE4JCI6 wireless remote MCU is based on the high-performance ARM® Cortex®-M4 32-bit RISC kernel architecture and is packaged with 73-pin UFBGA with operating frequencies up to 48MHz. It has (G)FSK, (G)MSK and BPSK modulation. The ARM kernel executes a full set of DSP instructions and independent storage protection units (MPUs) to enhance application security.

The MCU integrates high-speed memory (up to 256KB for flash and 64KB for SRAM) and a variety of enhanced I/O and peripherals. In addition, these remote MCUS feature a 12-bit ADC, a 12-bit DAC low-power sampling hold, and two ultra-low power comparators (associated with a high-precision reference voltage generator).

The STM32WLE4JCI6 device includes a low-power RTC with a 32-bit sub-second wake counter, a 16-bit single-channel timer, two 16-bit four-channel timers (with motor control support), a 32-bit four-channel timer, and three 16-bit ultra-low power timers. It operates in a temperature range of -40°C to +85°C and a supply voltage range of 1.8V to 3.6V. Design low power applications with a full set of power saving modes.
