The WCDSC006XUMA1 is a half-bridge driver designed to drive both the high-side and low-side MOSFETs in a half-bridge inverter configuration.The floating high-side driver is able to drive the high-side MOSFETs with an operating bootstrap voltage up to 60 V. The floating high-side driver can be used to drive the high-side MOSFETs with an operating voltage up to 60 V. The high voltage side bias voltage is generated by bootstrap technology. The inputs of the driver are compatible with TTL logic and can withstand input voltages up to 7 V, independent of the VDD voltage. The driver enforces a 5 ns (typical) dead time to prevent breakdown, even if the high and low side power devices are driven independently.
