The DHP1050N10N5AUMA1 power module supports current ranges from 100A to 600A and voltages of 600V/650V/1200V and 1700V. Excellent mechanical ruggedness, power cycling capability, and PressFIT pinning options are available. The ability to TIM makes this device a reliable and cost-effective solution for drives, CAVs, wind turbines, solar and hybrid vehicle applications. The 3-module uses 3-stage, half-bridge, H-bridge and chopper topologies for efficient inverter designs.
