The TDA21535AUMA1 integrated power stage contains a low quiescent current synchronous buck gate driver IC co-packaged with control and synchronous MOSFETs and an active diode structure for Schottky-like low Vsd with minimal reverse recovery charge. The package is optimised for PCB layout, heat transfer, and driver/MOSFET control timing to minimise switch node ringing while following layout guidelines. Paired gate driver and MOSFET combinations enable higher efficiency at lower output voltages.
