The STM32WLE5JCI6 device is based on a high-performance ARM ® Cortex®-M4 32-bit RISC kernel and operates at frequencies up to 48MHz. The ARM kernel implements a full set of DSP instructions and independent storage protection units (MPUs) to enhance application security.

The MCU has built in powerful, ultra-low power radio compatible LPWAN solutions including LoRa®, (G)FSK, (G)MSK and BPSK. It also integrates high-speed memory (up to 256KB for flash memory and 64KB for SRAM) and various enhanced I/O and peripherals.

The STM32WLE5JCI6 32-bit wireless remote MCU is packaged in a 73-pin UFBGA package with an operating temperature range of -40°C to +105°C (+85°C with radio) and a supply voltage range of 1.8V to 3.6V. Design low power applications with a full set of power saving modes.
