EXP7602-DNT is a GaAs MMIC power amplifier designed for 50 ohm systems and specifically designed to operate in the 71 to 76 GHz E-band range. When driven to gain compression of 3dB, the EXP7602 is capable of delivering 25dBm RF output power and maintains good linearity at the start of gain compression. The typical small signal gain is 22dB and flatness is ±0.5dB in the 1.25GHz window. Dc power consumption as low as 2.2W. The EXP7602 also offers a built-in E-band power detector and internally decoupled RF input and output ports in DC form to simplify system-level design.
