EXP8603-DNT is a GaAs MMIC power amplifier designed for 50 ohm systems operating in the E-band frequency range from 81 to 86 GHz. When driven to 3dB gain compression, the EXP8603 is capable of delivering 25.5dBm RF output power and maintains good linearity at the start of gain compression. The typical small signal gain is 18dB and flatness is ±0.6dB in the 1.25GHz window. Dc power consumption as low as 1.9W. The EXP8603 also offers a built-in E-band power detector and decoupled DC from the RF input and output ports internally to simplify system-level design.
