The F1456NKGK8 is a high gain/high linearity 2.1GHz to 2950MHz TX digital variable gain amplifier for transmitter applications. The F1456 TX DVGA offers a maximum gain of 32.1dB, +38dBm OIP3, and a noise figure of 3.9dB. Gain control of up to 31.5dB is achieved using a combination of a digital stepping attenuator (DSA) and a KLINTM RF digital gain amplifier. The device uses a 5V single power supply and 215mA ICC.
