The F1200NBGI8 is a digitally controlled IF differential variable gain amplifier for base stations and other commercial applications with low IF frequencies. The device has an extremely low noise figure over the entire gain control range. The device is available in a compact 5x5 thin QFN package with 200 ohm differential input and output impedance for easy integration into the receiver family. Low-distortion versions covering up to 300 MHz IF frequencies are available.
