The F2480NBGI8 is a 400MHz to 3000MHz RF analog variable gain amplifier (AVGA) for receivers, transmitters and other applications. An amplifier or voltage variable attenuator (VVA) can be configured as the first stage in the cascade. The F2480 RF AVGA offers a typical maximum cascade gain of 12dB (without attenuation), a 4.3dB noise figure (with the amplifier as the first stage), and 36dB gain adjustment, and is designed to be powered by a single +5V supply.
