The NAFE13188B40BSE is a highly configurable, industrial-grade, multi-channel, general-purpose input analogue front-end (AFE) that meets high-precision measurement requirements. The device integrates a low-leakage, high-voltage (HV) fast multiplexer, low offset and low drift programmable gain amplifiers (PGAs) and buffers, a high data rate 24-bit Delta-Sigma analogue-to-digital converter (ADC), accurate voltage and current excitation sources, and a low-drift voltage reference. All high-voltage analogue pins are internally diode-protected to prevent electromagnetic compatibility (EMC) and miswiring conditions.The NAFE13388 is equipped with a variety of diagnostic and power-supply monitoring circuits for status monitoring and anomaly detection. Two accurate calibration voltage sources are provided for end-to-end system self-calibration and predictive maintenance.

The NAFE13388 series is designed for use with programmable logic controllers (PLCs), I/O modules, data loggers, instrumentation, and high-precision sensor and data acquisition systems.
