The MAX77714FEWC is a complete power management IC (PMIC) for portable devices using system-on-chip (SoC) application processors.

Two 2A (SD2/3), one 3A (SD1), and one 4A (SD0) step-down regulators with a switching frequency of 2MHz allow the use of small magnetic components.The output voltages of SD0 and SD1 can be set in the range of 0.26V to 1.52V in steps of 10mV; the output voltage of SD2 can be set in the range of 0.6V to 2.194V in steps of 6.5 mV; the output voltage of SD3 can be set in the range of 0.6V to 3.78V in steps of 12.5mV.

The devices are available in a 70-ball, 4.1mm x 3.25mm x 0.7mm, 0.4mm ball pitch wafer level package (WLP), ideal for space-constrained applications.
