The MAX16923GTPA/V is a 4-channel power management IC designed for use with the main rails used in modern automotive TFT displays. The TFT power supply and LED backlight driver combine for a two-chip solution for all automotive display power requirements. An integrated high voltage buck converter converts the battery voltage to a 5V or 3.3V intermediate rail. In addition, a high voltage, always-on, low quiescent current linear regulator supplies the 3.3V voltage.
