The TLE4971A075T5UE0001 is a high precision miniature coreless magnetic current sensor for AC and DC with analogue interface and two fast overcurrent detection outputs. Infineon's proven and robust monolithic Hall technology enables accurate and highly linear current measurements with a full scale range of ±120 A. The sensor has internal self-diagnostics. Typical applications are car chargers as well as any type of driver. The differential measurement principle permits significant suppression of stray magnetic fields and allows operation in harsh environments.
