Product Description

TPS48111LQDGXRQ1 is a 100V smart high side driver with protection and diagnostics. With wide operating voltage range of 3.5V–80V, the device is suitable for 12V, 24V and 48-V system designs. It has a strong 3.7A peak source (PU) and 4A peak sink (PD) GATE driver that enables power switching using parallel FETs in high current system designs. Use INP as the gate driver control input.

Integrated 12V charge pump with 100µA capacity

Low 1.6µA shutdown current (EN/UVLO = Low)

Strong pull up (3.7A) and pull down (4A) gate driver

Drives external back-to-back N-Channel MOSFETs

Accurate analog current monitor output (IMON) – ±2 % at 30mV VSNS

Accurate, Adjustable undervoltage lockout (UVLO) and overvoltage protection (OV) – < ±2 %
