The TPS22965PQWDSGRQ1 is a single-channel, 5.7V, 4A, 16mΩ automotive load switch with adjustable rise time and output discharge.

Instructions:

The TPS22965x-Q1 is a small, ultra-low RON single-channel load switch with controlled on-off function. The device contains an n-channel MOSFET that operates in the input voltage range from 0.8 V to 5.5 V and supports continuous currents up to 4 A. The VOUT rise time is configurable, so the surge current can be reduced. The TPS22965-Q1 and TPS22965W-Q1 devices include a 225-Ω on-chip load resistor for fast output discharge when the switch is off.
