The VS-GT140DA60U power module features trench PT IGBT technology, which is especially suited for TIG welding machines. These IGBTs combine Hexfred and Fret PT diode technology and are UL compliant. features such as INT-A-PAK enable designs with limited height requirements on boards requiring high voltages and currents. These modules are also used in applications such as home appliance motor drives, electric vehicle motor drives, solar inverters, UPS and power factor correction converters.
