The R7F101GGE4CFB microcontroller is the most powerful processing microcontroller in the RL78 family of MCUs, with a CPU running at up to 48MHz and a Flexible Application Accelerator (FAA). It also features enhanced analogue functionality and a wide range of timers for motor control, power and lighting applications, and the FAA is an arithmetic-specific co-processor that can run independently of the CPU for even more processing power.
In addition, we offer a complete development environment for the RL78/G24, including a Fast Prototyping Board for writing/debugging programmes with just a USB cable, a kit for initial evaluation of motor and power supply and lighting solutions, and the Smart Configurator, which simplifies the design through a GUI. It is compatible with the existing RL78 series and can be seamlessly switched for a wide range of applications, from home appliances and consumer electronics to industrial equipment.
