The Maxim MAX32625IWYL Arm® Cortex®-M4F 32-bit MCU is ideally suited for use in emerging wearable medical and fitness applications. The architecture combines ultra-low power consumption, efficient signal processing and ease of use. 1 internal 96MHz oscillator provides high performance functionality. The MAX32625 and MAX32626 MCUs feature 512KB of Flash memory and 160KB of SRAM. these devices have four powerful and flexible power management modes. The peripheral management unit (PMU) supports intelligent peripheral control with up to six channels, significantly reducing power consumption. Built-in dynamic clock gating and firmware-controlled power gating allow users to optimise power consumption for specific applications.
