The MCP47CVD01T-E/UN is a single-channel, 8-bit, buffered voltage output digital-to-analogue converter (DAC) with MTP memory and an I²C compatible serial interface. The device offers four different voltage reference options: device VDD, external VREF (buffered or unbuffered), and internal bandgap. It features .1 LSB integral nonlinearity (INL), low power consumption, and a fast settling time of 4 µs. The device has an integrated MTP memory that can be written up to 32 times per specific register. It is suitable for consumer and industrial applications such as setpoint or offset trimming, sensor calibration, and motor control applications.
