The TJA1145AT is a high-speed CAN transceiver that provides an interface between Controller Area Network (CAN) protocol controllers and the physical two-wire CAN bus. Designed specifically for high-speed CAN and CAN FD applications in the automotive industry, the transceiver provides differentiated signal transmission and reception capabilities for CAN protocol controllers in microcontrollers.
The TJA1145AT enables reliable communication even at data rates up to 5 Mbit/s in CAN FD fast phase.
With ultra-low power consumption in standby and sleep modes, the TJA1145AT supports ISO 11898-6-compliant CAN local networking through the use of a selective wake-up function.
