The SAL-TC399XE-256F300S BD is part of the TC39x emulation equipment. It has the same features as the standard TC39x series with additional debug and trace capabilities.The TC39xXE provides support for calibration, rapid prototyping, instrumentation and debug/simulation.

Compatibility  

Fully compatible with TC39x standard equipment. For TC38x systems, the following points need to be considered:

Thermal design and power supply need to support the higher power consumption of the TC39xXE

Software needs to be able to tolerate different CHIPID and JTAGID values

The first 12 ASCLIN modules of the TC38x (24 in total) may not be available
