10-Rail Power Sequencer and Monitor with ACPI Support

Product Description

The UCD9090ARGZR is a 10-rail PMBus/I2C addressable power sequencer and monitor. The device integrates a 12-bit ADC for monitoring up to 10 supply voltage inputs. There are 23 general-purpose input/output (GPIO) pins that can be used for power enable, power-on reset signals, external interrupts, cascading, or other system functions. Ten of the GPIO pins provide PWM functions. Using these pins, the UCD9090A supports margin adjustment and general-purpose PWM functions.


Specific power supply states can be realized by using the pin-selectable voltage rail state function. This function allows up to three GPIs to be used to enable and disable any voltage rail. This is useful for implementing system low-power modes and advanced configuration and power interface (ACPI) specifications for hardware devices.

- Clock frequencies from 15.259 kHz to 125 MHz

- Ability to configure independent clock outputs for synchronized switch-mode power supplies
