The MAX16193CATA00 is an ultrahigh-precision, dual-channel window detector monitor circuit that monitors system power rails for undervoltage and overvoltage faults. Input channel 1 (IN1) monitors the low core voltage rail from 0.6V to 0.5V with ±0.3% accuracy. Input channel 2 (IN2) monitors the higher system rail from a threshold range of 0.9V to 3.3V with ±0.3% accuracy. Various factory-fine-tuned under/overvoltage thresholds range from ±2% to ±5 to accommodate different supply voltages and tolerances. Two independent active-low reset outputs are available.
