The AD2438WCCPZY Automotive Audio Bus (A2B®) provides a multi-channel, I2S/ TDM link between two nodes up to 15 meters apart. It imparts bidirectional synchronous pulse code modulation (PCM) data (for example, digital audio), clock, and synchronization signals onto a single unshielded twisted pair (UTP) differential cable. A2B supports direct point-to-point connectivity, allowing multiple daisy-chain-connected nodes in different locations to provide and/or use time division multiplexing channel content.
