The TPS36BA38ACADDFRQ1 is an ultra-low power (250nA typical) device that provides a precision voltage monitor with a programmable window watchdog timer. Wide threshold levels are supported for undervoltage monitoring with 1.2% accuracy over the rated temperature range. Highly accurate window watchdog timers with multiple functions are available for a wide range of applications. The shutdown window timer can be factory-programmed or user-programmed with an external capacitor.
