The TPS38900603NRTERQ1 voltage monitor is a SIL-3 compliant six-channel window monitor IC with two remote detect pins in a 16-pin 3mm x 3mm QFN package. The high-accuracy, multi-channel voltage monitor is designed for systems operating on low-voltage supply rails with narrow power supply tolerance margins.
