The TPS389006004RTERQ1 voltage monitor is a SIL-3 compliant six-channel window monitor IC with two remote detect pins in a 16-pin 3mm x 3mm QFN package. This high accuracy multi-channel voltage monitor is designed for systems operating on low voltage supply rails with narrow power supply tolerance margins. The remote detect pin enables highly accurate voltage measurement on high-current core rails by calculating the voltage drop across the PCB trace. With I2C capabilities, there is flexibility in choosing thresholds, reset delays, burr filtering, and pin functions. With internal burr suppression and noise filters, no external RC components are required, thus reducing false resets caused by power supply transients.
