The MAX40026ATA/VY is a single-power, high-speed comparator with a typical transmission delay of 280ps. The comparator has an extremely low overdrive distortion (typically 25ps), making it ideal for transmission time distance measurement applications. The MAX40026 is available in a 2mm x 2mm, 8-pin, TDFN package to meet the AEC-Q100 automotive class requirements.
