The LT6700CS6-1 integrates two micro-power, low-voltage comparators with a built-in 400mV reference voltage source in a 6-pin SOT-23 package. The device is powered from a 1.4V to 18V supply and consumes only 6.5μA, making it ideal for low-voltage system monitoring. The comparator has a built-in hysteresis function that simplifies design requirements to ensure stable output operation.
