The LTC3896IFE is a high performance negative output DC/DC switching regulator controller designed to drive a full N-channel synchronous power MOSFET stage. The device converts a wide-range positive input voltage source to a stable negative output that can be up to 60V below ground. The input is capable of operating with a voltage as low as 4V and as high as 140V - |VOUT-|.
