The MAX20415ATGC/V is a high-efficiency, dual-output, low-voltage DC-DC converter. Synchronous buck converters use input operating voltages from 3.0V to 5.5V and can provide output voltages from 0.8V to 3.8V at voltages up to 3A. The IC features a 2.2MHz fixed frequency pulse width modulation (PWM) mode for better immunity and load transient response, and a pulse frequency modulation mode (jump) for improved efficiency under light load conditions. The device is suitable for automotive ADAS applications and devices such as short-range radars.
