The ADG1236YCPZ is a monolithic CMOS device containing two independently selectable SPDT switches. It is designed using the iCMOS® process. iCMOS (Industrial CMOS) is a modular manufacturing process that combines a combination of high-voltage complementary metal-oxide-semiconductor (CMOS) and bipolar technologies. It enables the development of a wide range of high-performance analogue integrated circuits. high-performance analogue integrated circuits operating at 33V. Unlike analogue ICs using the traditional CMOS process, iCMOS components can withstand high supply voltages while offering higher performance, lower power consumption and smaller package size.
