The TLI4971 is a high-precision miniature coreless magnetic current sensor for AC and DC measurements with an analog interface and two fast overcurrent detection outputs. Infineon's proven and reliable single-chip Hall technology enables highly accurate, highly linear current measurements up to ±120A at full scale. All negative effects (saturation, hysteresis) usually known from open-loop sensors using flux concentration technology are avoided. The sensor is equipped with internal self-diagnosis function. Typical applications are electric drives and general purpose inverters.
