The TLE4971-A025T5-U-E0001 is a high-precision miniature coreless magnetic current sensor for AC and DC measurements with analog interfaces and two fast overcurrent detection outputs. Infineon's proven and reliable single-chip Hall technology enables highly accurate, highly linear current measurements up to ±120A at full scale. The sensor is equipped with internal self-diagnosis function. Typical applications are onboard chargers as well as any type of drive. The differential measurement principle can achieve good stray field suppression when operating in harsh environments.
