The SI8921AD-AS4 is a galvanically isolated analogue amplifier. The low voltage differential input is ideal for measuring voltage across current shunt resistors, or wherever sensors must be isolated from the control system. The output is a differential analogue signal with 8.2x or 32.8x amplification. Signal delay is extremely low, allowing the control system to react quickly to fault conditions or load changes. Low offset and gain drift ensure accuracy over the entire operating temperature range. Extremely high common mode transient immunity means that the device provides accurate measurements even under high power switching conditions.
