The R5F571MLDDBG 32-bit microcontrollers are the flagship of the RX family.The RX700 MCUs feature 120MHz operation and up to 4MB of Flash memory. These 32-bit MCUs feature an on-chip Advanced Fetch Unit (AFU) that provides excellent real-time performance even at the maximum operating frequency of 240 MHz. 32 KB of Error Checking and Correcting Random Access Memory (ECCRAM) is also available in these RX700 MCUs. These 32-bit MCUs also feature a 512KB on-chip SRAM with parity to help minimise failures caused by software errors in the SRAM.
