The R5F572NNHGFC microcontrollers (MCUs) are stable single-chip MCU solutions with large memory capacity for use in industrial equipment. These MCUs feature a 32-bit RXv3 CPU core, 1MB of SRAM, up to 4MB of flash memory, and 1396 CoreMark functionality for outstanding performance in the 240MHz operating frequency range.The RX72N MCUs offer industry-leading security, as well as unique cryptographic key protection and hardware cryptographic accelerators (ECC and RSA support).
