The QS3VH253QG8 HotSwitch Dual 4:1 Multiplexer/Demultiplexer is a high-bandwidth bus switch with extremely low on-resistance and propagation delays through the switch of less than 250 ps. Near-zero propagation delays, high shutdown impedance, and overvoltage tolerance make the QS3VH253QG8 ideal for high-performance communications applications. The QS3VH253QG8 operates over the -40 °C to +85 °C temperature range.
