The RX700R5F571MLHDFP 32-bit microcontroller is the flagship of the RX family. The MCUs have an operating frequency of 120MHz and up to 4MB of Flash memory. These 32-bit MCUs feature an on-chip Advanced Fetch Unit (AFU) that provides excellent real-time performance even at the maximum operating frequency of 240MHz. The MCUs feature 32KB of error checking and correcting random access memory (ECCRAM). These 32-bit MCUs also feature 512KB of on-chip SRAM with parity to help minimise failures due to software errors in the SRAM.
